Training Regiment Oh the insomnia!! New parents know, stealing sleep becomes an everyday occurrence. A cat nap here, a nod off in basketball film session or rocking not only your baby, but yourself to sleep, it all counts when you have newborns. "Raising All Americans: A Dad's Perspective" will be a reflection on the journey our family has taken raising twin sons and their pursuit of playing basketball at he highest level. As a former high school basketball All American, D1 college player and short lived professional, I will discuss how my sons' journey has been a little bit different than my own. Their journey is just beginning as they enter their senior year in high school, but I hope the readers will be able to tag along and enjoy the ride. ~Kenyon
